The townhouse has two large bedrooms and a deck off the master bedroom. There are 1 and a half baths, a patio, and private garden. The townhouse has cable TV and wireless Internet access. Two assigned parking spaces are included and there's also street parking. You'll be close enough to walk to the beach and downtown Rehoboth Beach. (House sleeps 6.) Bidding begins at $300. There's a suggested $10 donation at the door, and Porter’s will offer $2 Miller Lite bottles and drafts and $4 rail drinks and house wine, as well as a $5 appetizer menu.
